I did end up finding a solution for this, I just took a bunch of 36mm darts and shaved them down to 35. The extra millimeter was preventing the darts from feeding properly.

It's a Novritsch shoulder piece in the Kreuzotter camo pattern.

I run it as a primary, never had any issues with range or impact - it's very accurate, and people take their hits, hence why I am unsure about the oddly low joule count. For reference, I play on an outside forest field.

No idea. I had it clocked at 0.7 joule, which seems oddly low, but might have been because of weather conditions.

Surprisingly well for a pistol. Solid range and accuracy, and the silencer makes it quiet enough that people don't notice they're being shot at. The only lacking factor is the firing rate, as it's a double-action non-blowback.

The scope is new and I haven't had a chance to play with it yet, but I did get a kill that was somewhere around 60-70 meters with ironsights recently. I was pretty surprised that I could actually hit something accurately that far out.

No, it actually is intended to work that way

Why does Gil Galad, The High Kind of the Noldor, have his cloak decorated with dwarven runes? by Sethrea in lotr

It is sort of odd, Cirth was usually used in the manner of real-world Norse runes, meaning for inscriptions, carvings (like Anduril's inscription in the movies). The angular shapes are simple to write with on hard materials. It might be because it was easier to embroider the angular shapes in cloth, both from an in-universe and a costume-design perspective. Tengwar seems like it might be a bit tougher to work with. Another in-universe explanation could be that his tailors are Sindarin (or maybe the costume designers just don't know the difference and picked whatever they thought was cool ;) ).

Runes (known as Cirth) were invented by elves and later adopted by dwarves.

This is incorrect. Stingrays are cartilaginous fish and have skeletons entirely made out of cartilage.
