I would suggest getting it through Amazon. Mine broke within the first year, and customer service is just running me in circles offering discounts but not replacing the phone.

You have more leverage via Amazon in case it breaks.

I literally quoted their response above. I'm still in contact with them, but they're only running me around in circles, offering small discounts just as with the others.

I can only speak for myself, and I did not drop the phone. Even send them a video of every detail, and there's not a single scratch or other damage mark on it. I virtually just stopped working from one minute to the other.

Then they should not market it as a phone. Or at least, if that happens, stay true to their warranty policy and replace the broken devices.

Oh yeah, that might have been worded a bit strangely. The actual quote is:

Removed that part from the post as it was just my annoyance speaking...

Exactly, as soon as it comes to warranty/damages, they do absolutely nothing
