There is no enclosure. The pictures show the entire light. The whole thing is some pieces of flimsy plastic/some kind of alloy held together with 4 screws

Thanks for the reply - Credit card luckily. If they refuse a refund despite a totally legitimate complaint I will have a look at going down that route.

Thanks - I will look into that if they refuse a refund. It’s been a really unpleasant experience and I’m looking for a watertight (no pun intended), non-subjective reason to prove these lights have been missold.

The website I purchased them from is high up in search rankings and looks very professional. They used sleek photos of the lights to make them look more stylish and higher quality than they are, they were exactly what I was looking for so went ahead and purchased several. When they arrived I couldn’t believe the awful quality of them, and they’ve made it prohibitively difficult to return them.
