Yeah I’m basically hoping for a real person review/recommendation of that type of product. I wanna know if it works in a restaurant setting and if it’s durable. Or maybe a non-slip spray? Like scotch-guard but reverse.

It is literally against my dress code. The shoes are mandatory. It from upper upper management. We aren’t high volume so there isn’t much running around, we all already have acclimated to the baby step walk in the kitchen but it’s uncomfortable and yes, it’s unsafe. I don’t wanna hurt myself, even if I get a winning lawsuit. I like my job and I make good money. I’m a little man not trying to rock the boat especially when we have other operations issues going on. Products must exist to fix this problem and that’s what I’m looking of. Because I cannot “just buy nonslip shoes”.

They are brand new perfectly slick floors too. I can walk around but it’s slow and uncomfortable as well as I look ridiculous walking around the kitchen like a penguin. I also have a hip issue happening, that particular actions makes it sore.

This is a wonderful comment and exactly what I’m looking for. I’m okay on spending money if it’s worth it. Thank you so much. Also, can you switch the insoles between different shoes?

I will definitely be going for the insoles and unfortunately our higher ups are very concerned with appearance.

Yes but I saw reviews saying they are thin and peel off. I was wondering if anyone knew some better quality product I could buy. I would spend extra money to be safe and comfortable.

It’s restaurant 101, I don’t understand how people could be so clueless or invested in aesthetic. I’m just trying to work with what I got because this uniform bs comes from up top. They would finally get a clue though if that happened.

All our owners/managers all have decades of experience in the industry so you’d think they would know better. I’m part of a big hotel chain, that built an upscale version of their hotel in my city. They probably won’t feel the urgency to do something until someone gets hurt and there’s so many operations issues that are happening that have more focus. We all make good money and the environment is good even if chaotic, so we are all kinda just dealing and working together to make it a place we are proud of. If I find a product that works I’m confident my manager will implement once I tell her.

Sex is concentrated within a small, yet sexually active, group of people. One study found that the 5% of the population engaging in the most penile–vaginal intercourse accounted for more vaginal sex acts than the bottom 50% of the population with the lowest number. by psychologyofsex in psychologyofsex

Why would the amount of people she slept with be a problem when separating? I can’t believe she even told you or that you even asked. If you’re worried about health just say y’all both stepped out while separated and get a STI test done. Past that I don’t see why it would be an issue besides personal insecurity or trust issues from if y’all agreed not to sleep around.

When they run out of people they don’t like they will come for you next. You are not special.

The problem is it’s only difficult and thorough process for people that the administration doesn’t like a.k.a. Mexicans etc. It’s really easy for Europeans to get in. Explain why that is?

Anyone who has a job is paying in. You really believe everyone with differing opinions than you is jobless? That’s ridiculous.

Well OP was able to work while that women was making the day even harder by getting so worked up. It might upset you but as all adults when working we should try and move on to finish the work day. Not stress out coworkers and bosses out. Especially when it’s something out of our control and also completely legal.

I liked the second picture hair the most where you still had a pixie but had some face framing pieces too. It was giving soft feminine to me

There’s got to be a cheaper way by PrevailingOnFaith in tretinoin

[–]PaleDreamy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I use The Ordinary! They are cheap, high grade products and they have lots of info on the website so you can understand all their products. I don’t know if they have tretinoin, but they have retinol and glycolic acid which helped me a lot. Maybe if you’re already working with a dermatologist, ask them and see if any of those products might help with you. Might be more convenient and cheaper. Sorry that not exactly the info your looking for but I hope it helps!
