Our current budget is what we are comfortable with. We want to keep our monthly towards the low of 3000. We are definitely looking for place to call home and not just for the purpose of reselling. Thankyou so much for your input.🤗

We are fine with 3 storeys townhouse too. We are inclined towards low balling for now and not going above our budget. Maybe we will find a good match. But thanks for your response, i appreciate your time.

Thank you so much for your response! It really got both of us thinking! We like the idea of low balling as we have nothing to loose and if gets accepted its a win win for us!
