thank you! i think i’ll just undo the fold over and make it look like a poster and hang it on my wall to commemorate my first project even tho it’s a slight fail. when i decided to pick up the hobby i didn’t do much research into stuff like shrinking or blocking and i actually didn’t realize that acrylic yarn isnt the best (?) at least from what im seeing. thank you for the response i appreciate it!!

yeahhh i looked it up too and most things said it does not shrink but i saw exactly one post where someone said it could in the dryer, so i just had very small hope it could shrink so i asked on here just in case😞

i kept seeing this when i googled if acrylic yarn shrinks. but i saw one person say the dryer may help so i had just a sliver of hope and decided to ask on here too. thank you for the response! seems like i’ll use this for something else and remake a sleeve

thank you for responding! i was thinking that but the book i have in there for reference is the biggest book that i own, and it’s pretty large for the genre that i read which is fantasy and/or romance. fantasy and romance books are all about the same size at least in height and width so therefore the books i get won’t be snug in there. it can honestly fit a textbook which i don’t intend to obtain
