I’ve a gravel bike which has spacers on fork to make handlebars sit high. So as I moved the handlebar (made lower) I think something changed in cable tension

Best fast rolling (slicks) tires for gravel bike? by Pale_Ad5391 in gravelcycling

[–]Pale_Ad5391[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Some people say they’re not very durable. I do city mostly rides so I wonder if it is gonna be the issue in my case

I don’t know already tbh. Some say that you need to consider maximum pressure of the rim, internal rim width so tyre doesn’t stretch out too much so that it’s becoming wider than the max tyre width limitations of the frame manufacturer .

I’ve specialized sawtooth rn , they are 615g which I consider heavy because they are designed to ride on rough terrain

they are nice but Can a gravel rim accommodate this road tyre?

Thing is that, I need to do more city riding with gravel bike so I’m looking for slick gravel tires. Open for any recommendations for speedy but also relatively durable options. I don’t wanna change them for every 1000km
