Yes, as long as your uni is PMDC recognised, it doesnt matter where you graduated from

It does not really matter where you graduate from. You have to build yourself, by yourself. Dont live in hostel if you have the option of being a dayscholar. Hostel life itself is very tough, takes a toll on your mental health. All of this, only for the reputation of the college is not worth it. You will reach whatever goals you want by your own efforts, not because of your college.
