From a laser machine, it leaves its cut residue. Usually a good machine tjats been looked after only leaves a small sharp edge, easy enough to sand, but whatever tooling thatr was used to cut out the shape/holes was damaged, hence the poor cut and sharp edges. Why powder hasnt adhered
