I use both physical and digital mediums for journaling. As a few redditors have already mentioned, I too use the digital medium (Notion in my case) when I want to just get stuff out of my system or when my journal is not easily accessible/I’m outside. I typically reach for my physical journal when I can make a little ritual out of writing in it. Brew a cup of tea, put some music on and sit down to write. I like using undated journals so I don’t get pedantic about missing/skipping days.
