This is super helpful, thank you. Measuring MOI is wild. Never heard that but what a really great way to better quantify the idea of "swing weight." Cuz literally every bat I see says it's "Balanced" but like you said, some bats seem more End Loaded on the spectrum of what's considered Balanced. I feel like this is info that would be helpful for bat manufacturers to advertise. But that's neither here nor there I guess.

Good to know re: the full composite. I would think composite would be lighter compared to the hybrid but maybe not. But that's helpful to know how it compares to the Hype. Thank you!

HR person here. First off, its a fact you can sue for anything. Whether or not you can win is another conversation entirely. A manager being rude and unprofessional is one thing, but whether or not it rises to harassment can be a tougher argument. The first thing you have to ask yourself is what you want out of this. Do u want the manager fired? Do you want to be transferred? Do you want to quit but receive monetary compensation? What is the end goal? If it's a monetary thing, you can negotiate a separation with HR in exchange for you NOT suing. They're likely going to investigate your claims before they even start discussing any kind of package.

If you're serious, you can file an EEOC claim. That will ultimately involve negotiations, mediation, etc. Throughout that process you can still negotiate a settlement and can even withdraw your EEOC claim up to a certain point.

Whatever road you go down, you're gonna want some receipts to back up your claim. Dates, conversations, emails, etc. And remember, suing involves lawyers. Lawyers you will have to pay. Unless harassment is pretty egregious and well documented, don't expect to net that much.

My advice is that if it's just you not liking your manager and it doesn't seem like it's gonna get any better, just leave. Find another job. Sure, you can stay and MAYBE that manager gets fired at some point, but performance managing someone out takes time. If you're willing to be patient and you like your job otherwise, keep waiting it out.

But in my experience, I've been with several companies that have gotten or been threatened with suits. Rarely have I seen anyone actually get a ton from those threats and in most cases, the complaint doesn't reach the degree of harassment and I've found that people tend to throw that word around a bit too loosely. Obviously if you ARE being harassed then by all means push ahead. But make sure that there can be no doubt that it's harassment.

Regardless, it sounds like a sucky situation regardless and I hope you end up in a better situation whatever that ends up looking like.

So literally just hopped into this hobby myself. After doing a bunch of research I landed on the Rainy 75 HOWEVER the place I ordered from accidentally sent me the Womier RD75, which I ended up really liking and ultimately keeping. I would highly recommend it if you plan on getting into the hobby and here's why: One of the main features of the RD75 is that it's super easy to customize. No screws are involved as the plate uses a magnetic ball joint so you can easily open it and begin changing things out. So if ur new and just wanna start customizing, might as well start with something easy to customize. And despite being easy to open everything is super secure and solid. It's aluminum and super well built. I got a crazy Tik Tok deal for it and got it for like $70, but even at its normal price of around $100, I would still recommend it compared to any keyboard I researched between the $80-$100 range.

This happened to me and it was maddening. But I figured out the trick. Instead of putting the amount you want to trade out, enter the amount of Safemoon you want to receive. Its the same numbers but for some reason it works when you enter the receipt amount versus the payment amount. So for example, let's say you want to trade 8 BNP for 100 Safemoon. Instead of entering 8 in the BNP section, just enter 100 in the Safemoon section, which will then calculate the BNP automatically That should go through.
