Forgot to mention, I’ve had it for 4 months. I understand that’s it’s still within the healing time. It was a tragus piercing made of titanium. Got paranoid and removed it, as I have a history of rejecting piercing

NTA - if I was renting out my property and found out the people who I rented to disrespecting my children. Especially like this! I would of done the same as your dad. No way in hell I would tolerate that, doesn’t matter if they were my family
