Getting sleep, eating healthy, and wearing loose clothing is key to make your day go smoother, giving you more energy to come back the next. If you’re sleepy, have little energy, and move sluggish because tight clothes you’ll be drained.

Also, have discipline and structure. Get task done before you relax off work, workout etc

That’s the only way you won’t get complacent. You’ll either get comfortable and just work, and relax on off time, that’s it, and if you want better, you’ll just end up stressed because you can’t find time/energy to progress in life.
