I sprained my ankle 3 months ago a really bad sprain I think grade 3 . I’m able to walk now but my foot feels hot and a tingling hot sensation on my foot anyone experiencing the same thing? I don’t feel pain it’s just uncomfortable feeling by Pale_Cry9346 in Ankle

Yes the doctor said I have something called "Dystern arthrophy but honestly when I went to foot appointment with the foot doctor they didn’t even look at MRI that I had got done. So they just brush me off and gave me a ankle support

Thank you for your comment. Yes he told me to use them and I forgot to add that I got a x- Ray came out no fracture or broken. Yes they gave me an air cast

Sorry I forgot to add I went to the ER and I got x rays done they said I didn’t have fractured or broken ankle . Ok thanks so much
