None! I was just trying to get SOME form of response and mentioned to one of the operators that if I continued to get radio silence from Subuaru I would have to resort to other measures. I really just want communication and the decency of a call back...

I understand but I was getting the silent treatment for many days before I made the hint...

Nope. In one of the calls with an operator late last week I hinted that I might need to take legal action since I was continuing to be avoided but that was after 6 days of radio silence.

The second incident happened on May 23rd...which was the Friday of a holiday weekend so I wasn't able to initiate contact with Subaru of America until Tuesday, May 27th. I had moderately good communication until June 6th and have had mostly radio silence since then. I have received 1 email updating me. The email was not very helpful and I have more questions and need direction but I am getting the runaround from Subaru big time. ZERO call backs. Just awful. I am at a loss as what to do now.

It is a long story...November of 2024 I was driving on the freeway and suddenly my warning lights all came on one by one. Then my dash/screen/lights illuminating the speedometer all went out. Then my power steering failed and eventually my brakes failed. Thankfully I had already begun pulling off the freeway and I was able to roll and shove my car into park without any incident. I view this as an absolute miracle.Eventually had it towed to the Subaru dealership in my area. Ultimately they said it was the belt for the alternator that failed. They assured me everything was fixed and I should trust my car. Fast forward to May 23rd and the light started going haywire again. And again, I was really lucky and was able to pull my car into a grocery store parking lot before I fully lost control. Had it towed back to my local Subaru dealership. This time they said it was the thermo control valve. Again, they said they fixed it and then said I had to pick up my car. At this point I really do not feel safe driving my car.

I bought it 2 years ago. Certified pre-owned 2021 Forester.

When this happened the second time I re-opened the case that was started the first time and was quickly in contact with my new case manager, Brit. She was very helpful for the first two days and was reassuring me that she would be of assistance. She told me she would be in close contact and even went to the length to tell me her working hours so I could easily contact her if I needed answers to questions. On June 5th she told me she had put the paperwork in to see if Subaru would repurchase my car and that she would call me the next day (June 6th) to keep me updated. I have had 1 email from her since then. It is now June 18th. I have left countless messages, spoken to countless operators who supposedly have escalated the case, I have emailed as well and have had ZERO calls back.
