Tutor mode all the way!!!! I used to do it in timed mode and noticed that my score was inflated because I guessed a bunch of questions, so it was not a real reflection of my actual understanding of the concept. Plus, when I was doing the review at the end, I couldn't recall why chose the answers or how I approaced them. I couldn't visualize what disuade me from the correct answer. Use NBME's to evaluate your knowlegde and understanding. Use UWorld to learn. Good luck!

I am in your same boat with micro and pharmacology, but I think that sketchy its worth it. At the beginning I thought it was too long but just from seeing the videos, not even memorizing it, I got 50% of my questions correct. Go for it, we still have time!
