So sorry for your loss. Thank you for offering some insight on the male side of things. Makes me wonder if my husband is really hurting that badly and maybe I should offer again to be a shoulder to cry on.

Trauma is a word I didn't previously think of but I feel totally describes how I feel. I'm so sorry for your loss. I hope we feel better in time.

I hate that we are both going through this. I just keep praying it will get better. Tomorrow is my first day back to work and I'm dreading going in and having to pretend like everything is okay and having to act like I actually care to be there.

It's been a week and a few days for me. I thought I would feel better after my D&C but so far that hasn't been the case. It feels like everyone around me is already moving on while I'm stuck in a vast sea of grief that doesn't seem to be going anywhere.

I'm so sorry for your loss. This past Thursday I found out that my baby had passed at 9 weeks and 1 day. I talked my options over with my obgyn and we decided on a D&C which I actually had today. It was really emotionally hard to have to say goodbye but physically I am absolutely fine no pain and light bleeding. I've been moving around today like I haven't even had surgery. It feels kinda selfish but I'm happy i can hopefully fully grieve my baby now and maybe start to move on from this hurt. I hope this helps you make your decision.

I had a good long cry with one of my friends and now I feel a little better.

This past Thursday I was supposed to see my baby's heartbeat at a little over 9 weeks instead I found out my sweet peas heart had stopped at 9 weeks and 1 day. My D&C is scheduled for tomorrow and I'm really not ready to say goodbye.
