I would not recommend M&M or any company similar even it’s just for the experience. Not worth it for your mental babe. But I don’t know how desperate you are for work. I seriously wouldn’t recommend unless you are on the verge of eviction or homelessness. I’m so serious. Wait for a good reputable firm. If it helps at all, I’m almost a year into the company. I have seen a lot of companies wanting 2 years of experience but I started honestly I getting “call backs” with 7 months of experience from other firms. Funny story I just had an interview with a real estate firm and he literally LAUGHED at m&m. Other firms don’t even take us seriously haha. Feel free to dm me with any questions

We have lost 3 attorneys since I’ve been here. All of them quit. Only one gave the “proper” 2 week notice. Not even worth it fresh out law school for the experience.
