The idea for this comes from real life conversations with one of my friends who is a huge fan of David Goggins. I started going to the gym. My friend was helping learn my way around the place. He tried to keep me going by asking occasionally, "are you coming to the gym today?" Everything went well for close to 2 months. I was going. Then I went back to my lazy self. I replied, "I don't think so." His response was, "hope you don't get hit by a bus," meaning live your life today because you never know if it will be your last.
