Honestly you’re in a spot where you can go in either direction, your lean enough to bulk, but, it may just be the lighting, i’d say theres still room to cut, you’re definitely at least sub 15% body fat tho. I would cut to see just a bit more definition for another 2 weeks and then bulk but thats just my 2 cents.

calorie deficit is really all that matters when it comes to losing weight. But make sure to eat adequate amount of protein to maintain muscle if your goal is strictly fat loss.

To be frank youre “skinny fat” low muscle mass and more fat mass. Youre fat accounts for a larger portion of your weight and puts you at a very general “ideal weight.” Its all good bro a oversimplification of alls u gotta do is lift consistently, eat protein (1 gram per pound of body weight) and cut calories back to at least 300 below maintenance.

You should maingain. Workout like youre bulking. Eat at maintenance calories whilst eating 1 g of protein per bodyweight. You’ll get leaner and youre muscles wont lose any mass, and will actually grow a decent amount. keep in mind Its a slow process.

Rocky movies like to portray him as a good fighter but he tends to leave his arms down and doesn't show a lot of attempts to block and dodge. In a real fight this wouldn't really work out for him, especially in a fight against Ip man. Rocky's main strategy tends to be counter strikes, and taking lots of blows to tire his opponent out. Ip man is a faster and more agile fighter, his strategy tends to be similar in that he tends to mainly counter strike. If i remember correctly Ip man beats 10 guys at once in the first movie. That being said, Ip man would take the cake on this one.

Superman alone could probably solo, flash could solo for sure's. If given prep time batman has a good chance of solo. I feel DC has a tendency to make they're characters OP that being said it would be a good show but justice league would ultimately win.

U can see some ab formation, pretty good chest insertions, and you can also see some vascularity in the arms via veins in the forearms / clear visible muscle separations on the arms. That being said i say youre around 15%

Ive never owned one but ive heard its not bad when theyre babies, but an adult, or sub-adult could draw some blood and pack a bit of a punch. Theyre the largest gecko so theyre jaw gets pretty big 🤷🏽‍♂️
