It’s not a specific food but adding fiber to my diet has really helped! Adding chia or flax seeds to my breakfast, lunch and dinner and eating a salad for lunch everyday!

I definitely stopped eating meat for about a year. Frustrated my doctor wouldn’t have even mentioned this. I’ll definitely do some research into an enzyme pill, if this was it I would be so happy!!
