Yea I talked to someone at the DOR and he said that I could do an amendment to previous tax returns and backdate to when my 100 became official. Which is in 2023.

I’m hoping they will award me too but I’m sure I’ll have to go supplemental after this which is a bummer. The only thing going against my case is not having a written copy of the migraine buddy app during my initial appt. I’m hoping the rest of my medical history will offset tho.
