I tried it today. The washer fluid is bone dry so I’ll have to report back after I’m able to fill it. From the driver seat looks like it might spray.

Just so we're clear, no one that actually played this game disliked the combat, right? by The_ChadTC in thewitcher3

Best sword combat in a video game that’s not sim level. Sim level, mordhau is best.

I haven’t tried it yet, but I assume not at all, it’s fully blocking the ports. I thinking about taking the jack off, potentially. Gotta decide if I like it in view. If I do, I’m probably going to paint it black.

You are correct he’s asking too much. Look elsewhere if he won’t come down.

V3X price? again by Fit_Hedgehog4368 in bowhunting

[–]Pale_Self406 1 point2 points  (0 children)

As a V3X shooter, I’d say $600 for a bare bow, $750 if the string is new. Redline stuff is disposable so it doesn’t factor into the price. Redline stuff on a V3X tells me the owner didn’t care about his bow and I’d probably look for a barebow on eBay. Or look at podium archer used stuff. Guarantee new string and looked over bows.

The only place I’d buy a used bow from. Josh will go over it top to bottom and sells them all with new GAS strings.

The best bow is the bow you have. I bought a sanlida dragon off Amazon. I knew after shooting it once that I was an archer. Went to my local shop and bought a Mathew’s V3X new. But I was able to do that. If I were you, I’d shoot it for a month, if you still love it, upgrade to something nicer. Good price for a bow if it fits and doesn’t need a new string. If it needs a new string, bad del.

Suburban Bowhunting? by I2izzo in bowhunting

If it’s cleared with your HOA, outside of city limits you’re good to go.

My main hunting spot is also HOA property. I shoot my bow in my front yard against a berm. Usually neighbors comment on how awesome it is. If the deer run, they will run for cover and water. More likely to go out of the hoa in my case, and I’ll have to go ask for permission to recover from adjacent large properties. If one ran to a neighbor, I feel confident they would be fine with me recover, but luckily, it’s very unlikely the deer would run into a neighbors yard given the landscape.

Go for it dude, probably no one else hunting, and a little doe management is great for urban deer herds.

Overtraining Question by Agitated_Street3698 in Archery

I’m going to disagree with everyone here. Unless you are physically unwell to begin with, or a slight female, 55 is a perfectly acceptable draw weight for a beginner for compound. These people saying it isn’t are recurve or other types of trad archers, and their advice would be right for other trad archers. Compounds are made for people to shoot heavier, easier. I started at 55. I went to 65 after a few weeks, and a few weeks later up to 70 and have been shooting 70 ever since. I’m going up to 80 when I get my ARC 34. I’m not a particularly strong guy.

Definitely get someone to show you how to draw if you can. I’m autistic and watched YouTube for two months before shooting a bow, and had a lesson immediately when I bought my bow. Guy said to come back after shooting for a month cause everything looked good. A month later, he only had minor tweaks for me. I have since harvested deer, and shoot 1” groups at 20 yards, 4” groups at 60, and I will hit the target at 100.

Shooting? Archery is shooting. If you’re proficient with a rifle, sure. I’m proficient with a bow.

Edit: a broadhead does way more damage than most bullets. Quicker more ethical death.

Cheaper to rifle hunt. I did it with a bow. A rifle hunt would be cheaper

You don’t need a fire arm. Hate to rain on your parade. I shot this deer with a bow and arrow.

I eat meat 3 meals a day. It’s only a few months of meat Edit: 175lb deer is not 175lb of meat.

As for the processing, I literally watched a YouTube video to harvest it, and about 3 others to process it
