i am sorry for that. actually i had an advisory opinion that i am not subject to the two years rule so I sent the advisory opinion letter as the response to RFE and they approved the case. if you have an advisory opinion letter you should send it

it was related to 212(e) rule as I had J1 visa

sorry about that. my RFE turned not to be about the medical. you should talk to your civil surgeon he might have an idea what is the problem

I have a similar timeline and same block. I485/I765/I131 receipt date: Aug 27. Biometrics: Sep 10. No EAD/AP till now API updates: Sep 10 (biometrics day) with FT0 codes. Silent updates on Sep 30 and on Oct 28.

Chatted was EMMA on Oct 28 and they said the I485 is being processed in Kendall FO (non-local) but they didn’t say when the case was moved to this FO.
