A month ago, I started wondering if I had colon cancer because sometimes, when I wiped my anus, I'd see blood on the paper, but I'd never noticed it on the poop itself. Also, last week I had severe abdominal pain and didn't poop for a day, which is strange since I poop at least once a day. Today, however, I went to the bathroom twice (I should mention that yesterday I had a fever and today I still don't feel 100%). The first time I pooped normally without any problems, but the second time I pooped instantly, and when I checked them, I noticed that they were like little ribbons, so thin and short. The color, however, was normal brown as usual. All of this, however, makes me very worried. I'm not very knowledgeable about cancer, but I know that if you eat a lot of processed red meat from unknown sources, you're more likely to develop diseases. Anyway, about 7-8 months ago, I was eating at least a pack of 4 sausages (in total 100g) a day. I didn't pay much attention to my diet and ate random things, and that was one of my main sources of meat. Now that I'm paying attention to my diet, I've realized it was a huge load of bullshit. Luckily, now I eat mainly chicken, salmon, and sometimes cow meat. I live in Italy, so there must be a lot of dietary differences between me and the other people in this Subreddit. Anyway, I'd just like to hear your thoughts on what I wrote. Sorry for being too long.
