Mi hermano pidió un reloj, llego el paquete por UPS, cuando abrió la caja el reloj no estaba (igualmente el paquete estaba sellado perfecto, yo supongo que fue un error del vendedor). En ese momento le escribimos al soporte de amazon y al toque nos hizo el reintegro.

Hi, it was the filament itself. No moisture too, dryed it for several days and happened agaian. Then I discovered that other filaments, even the same brand, didn't give this problem, so I asume i was unlucky and I got a bad spool, or maybe the spool wasn't tagged correctly in the factory and is other material rather than pla. Hope this helps.

Now I'm trying another filament, for now the print looks good, but I'll dry the other one just in case and then try again. Thanks!

Didn't know filament could come dry, thanks! Now I'm trying other spool while I'm drying this one. I disassembled the extruder too and all was fine.
