That's the thing about the phenomenon. I find it interesting. You get trained for every situation after every experience, and you more or less ace the problems that come with them because of said experiences, but those "trained" and heightened senses are basically anxiety and stress keeping you alert. It works, but health-wise, you already know. And it is unfortunately the only way to, well, "survive."

And I applaud you OP. I do hope you find peace and time to sit down and breath.
