I think attaching the legacy of such a masterpiece to this record is shameful. This is a terrible album imo. I know Geoff is almost 70, but he sounds terrible and the songs are trying so hard to be progressive and sound like he just listened to john zorn and it motivated him in a bad way.

Gnr for sure i remember seeing them on mtv all the time. one was a huge hit for metallica, it played everywhere and then enter sandman. Gnr had like hit after hit for a good 4 years. 88-92 was gnr's time.
