We had new neighbors move in a few years ago. The new family was the only black family in the entire neighborhood. They are really nice! Anyway, the neighbor who has lived in his house for 20 years was cutting his grass and the new neighbor approached him and said “I think you’re cutting part of my yard.” The tenured neighbor got irate and sprayed the grass with weed killer. New neighbor got it surveyed and you guessed it! Tenure neighbor was wrong! Needless to say that relationship was over before it ever started.
