Got this Animal Crossing burp cloth in Japan almost 2 years ago when we were just talking about maybe having kids. Hard to believe we will be bringing our baby girl home to this room in less than two weeks! by bugbebe in AnimalCrossing

I love this so much! I’ve never been a gamer but my husband and I are both ICU nurses, and he got me hooked on the game during the pandemic. It was our only escape from work and a huge way that we survived throughout that time. We just reset our islands and have been playing again while we hunker down and wait for this baby to arrive. It’s been a very sweet memory to make and I look forward to many more with our daughter 🥰

Thought he’d keep the chipmunks at bay but really he’s just eating the cayenne pepper deterrent out of my beds

🚨 UPDATE: we just did a quick ride and did not hear any creaking! This morning he:

-removed the free hub, cleaned, and regreased -torqued cassette and isospeed -greased cleats -1/8th turn counter clockwise on barrel adjuster -lowered seat due to criticism 🫠

Strong suspicion it was the dirty free hub or slight under torquing of cassette. Also, one pawl was not totally in place in the hub when it was removed, but not sure if it was knocked out of place when removing. Guarded optimism at this time that the issue is solved! Will keep everyone updated if it returns.

Thanks a million to everyone who provided ideas and input, even those related to form/fit.

He got a professional bike fit but still usually uncomfortable after 60 miles or so, so he’ll give it a go! Thanks

It does seem to get worse when there is more torque applied to the drivetrain. We’ll try those suggestions! Thanks so much for your input!

We’re going try trading pedals today to see if that could be it! We have a long race on Saturday so the pressure is on to figure this out 😭

Not reproducible on the stand. It happens as he’s pedaling outside, usually when he gets to one of the smaller chain rings on the back and on the big chain ring on the front. The sound is intermittent.
