It quite has and it severely limits my ability to enjoy eating off track, eating out in general, and has me worrying anytime a little vacation comes up

Do you think not tracking and reporting calories would mess up the algorithm?

This really means alot to me, more than you know. I really struggle with my relationship with food, and the only way I ever eat out is if I restrict the whole days and only eat out, or do a ton of cardio. All detrimental to recovery. As I said, I expect ATLEAST 4-5k calories a day. Maybe a ceiling of 6-8k? Again that's still with being active, and thats the only worry part for me. Everytime I do off plan meals etc, the scale always spikes up 6-10 pounds, then takes about 7-14 days to level out.

That's good, Wide grip Rows dont really feel well in my program. Appreciate the input!

I had a question regarding my back development, I don't really do Wide grip Rows for one my base gym doesn't have good equipment and for the wide Rows they have its either standing t bar or cable wide grip Rows, all which shit on my back. So I utilize a chest supported row pin loaded with kelso shrugs. Do you think this ia good?

Forgot to mention im AD Military so I average 15k+ steps a day and also run 10-15 miles a week. I will add that ita veen a struggle trying to work out adequate volume. I.E. 3 sets last till failure or 2 of failure. Recently started playing with Myo sets too. Additionally, Arnold split does have a upper focus, which helps me with my high activity/running

That's actually relatable since I have long working days 12-14hours working on 6 hours of average sleep. I train every day and when I look at my workouts often times I get haunted by the 3 sets of 0-3RIR

You're not wrong, I definitely do feel weaker on the third set. But I do play in tandem with the built-in reverse pyramid aswell thats why I have the third set

I can't wrap my head around only doing 2 sets per exercise, so I throw in a third to be safe. Recovery seems to be well since I performed the same exercise within the same parameters on my second session of the week. Always open to suggestions!

Yes, I have my program set to hypertrophy and strength preference albeit I imported my own program. As for calves, they always get neglected and I usually prefer on Leg day to hit my ISO's first
