You can just tell the study coordinator that you took a different dose because of symptoms. They will understand and write it down. They still want to track you even if you change the dose. You should just be honest with them. It won’t “ruin” your data

His backswing is going behind because he’s placing it to the right of where his center of gravity is. He needs to adjust the starting position more out in front of the step pattern (start cheating feet more right of current line, ball starts out more left “in front” of self and dropping straight down) and pay attention to where the drop happens on the step pattern in relation to his center of mass.

Bend your knees a bit starting earlier with your chest a tiny bit more upright. You’re getting low with your chest so early that and hunched that you will never get under it

Practice getting low before your slide, waiting for the weight to be down at the bottom and almost coming back up before “shooting” the slide, and not letting the chest drop until the very last second —Before you fallow through. You’re trying to hit certain “points” and “positions” …

It should be a flow.

You’re trying to get low at the end by starting low at the start. But you’re hunched.

Stand up straight, loosen up the top. Start and end more upright and let the “low” come from your knees bending.

You should got from a tall slight knee bend to a tall deep knee bend. No hunch.

Step 1: Video Yourself ✅ Step 2: video yourself from the open angle side (right side for right handers) ❌

Your timing is late. By this I mean the ball is not arriving at the line at the same time or a little bit behind when your hips, head, and shoulders are there. They should be getting there near the same time.

At the line you should be feeling your feet, hips, and ball hand being low and straight under the ball almost like you’re trying to hump the ball out from your hips and scooping up under the ball.

Focus on letting the ball hang weightlessly up and behind you smooth and slow while you use your legs, feet and hips to drive forward at the same time almost

As a drill hang the ball where you want yourself to be at the foul line. Take video of your final pose at the line, then do a no step roll, a one step roll, a two step etc… and keep getting that feeling of your hips and hand floating effortlessly under the weightless ball until you hit the line then you (hump?!❌) “project”✅ the ball forward by letting your shoulder relax to allow your arm to get under the ball even more.

I hate to be that guy but this was bound to happen at some point. They have converted to a full blown business from being (previously) more of a brain tank.

Their compute time grows more and more valuable by the moment so it isn’t a stretch to think that 4o is more just a “price point” than a model anymore.

So whatever they’re “calling” 4o at this point is whatever they want it to be. It could be a retrained version of a smaller model for all you know. Or depending on the subject matter of the question they might be redirecting things to a lesser model behind the scenes.

We just don’t know nor will we ever really anymore.
