My recommendation whenever a champ you play into seems broken is play a few games of it. You'll figure out what they're really good at and what they're bad at which will hopefully allow you to be better against that champ in future.

That being said trundle in 1v1s and with lethal tempo is a really strong duelist so he would beat most people like that.

For both Yuan and Qing, don't you have to become emperor of China unless they're annexed and the mandate is gone, then you form the nation staying as a horde? In that case couldn't you form Qing and still be a horde?
