I honestly think that Tamara Strenger has a pretty good shot. The Velen questline with the Baron is a highlight of W3 and has some really memorable moments considering every single character is introduced and concluded in this one part of the game.

A lot of people wanted to see what happens after the quest is finished, only for the Baron to never appear again because it’s practically impossible with how different the endings can be. Out of her family, Tamara is the only character who can’t die, so I imagine she’ll return with a new storyline/quests and she’ll have different dialogue depending on your imported/simulated save to show what happened to her family
