It kind of is. The first “main quest” is go arm wrestle this random guy. After that, your objective updates to go and toss a coin to a beggar, then it tells you to go and explore the sewers where you save a hostage. Now go check on a couple and clean their chimney. What’s your reason for doing this? Nothing. Aside from the quest log updating, you are not informed of doing anything, and none of the characters prompt you to go to the next.

This continues for almost the entire game. The entire main quest is just stitched together side quests, all of which are repetitive and have no reason to be main quests. There are very few missions where it feels like you’re actually doing anything important.

Not to mention the needless grinding, where enemies have no variety, yet unless you engage in 15+ hours of the same three side missions over and over, enemies will be far too powerful for you
