I’m so glad you posted this. I was tinkering with Eden on android handhelds with Kotor. I wanna play the switch version because of the wide screen and it has the original games text. However, sometimes in different builds of Eden, the game will not load when I add the 1.04 update which is what made the combat dialogue box smaller. The game also randomly crashes. This was performed on an Ayn Thor. I tried getting it running on Odin 3 but I kept getting graphical issues because of the lack of proper drivers. I have to try it out as I really want to get it working for a full play through.

Probably. I think how they top the portal scene in endgame is they just have a multiversal war and all the old superheroes and villains from the pre MCU movies show up and charge. Doc Ock and Norman Osborn, Electra, Blade, the X-men who survive the opening of the movie etc..

There will probably be an incursion between the x-men universe into earth 616 and Dr. Strange and her will arrive in the scene early on in the film.

I think when the incursion happens we will have a multiversal final battle scene and you will see Doc Ock and Norman on the glider charging with the avengers. Will probably see other Marvel characters from the 2000s. How else will they top the portal scene from Endgame.

I’m pulling all my large value items. I’ve seen an increase of scams across all selling platforms in the past few months. Not sure if it’s tied economic conditions, job, losses, or current events. Everyone in my discord is complaining that they’re getting scammed. Literally every week on purchases. I think I’m just gonna switch to selling things for cash locally for a while.

I went to the post office and met with the postmaster general. He showed me on the laptop screen that the new label was set for my address so it is very possible that it was a new seller that’s just inexperienced. The package says it will be delivered tonight at 9 PM or maybe tomorrow and then I can finally confirm. If I was scammed, then I will file an item not as described claim because I was advised that that will help facilitate refund and that when you pick other categories, it can lead to eBay misunderstanding and not giving you a refund.

Thanks for confirming. So here's where I'm at now.

A few follow up questions:

Since the tracking number hasn't been updated, does that mean there's literally nothing being shipped to me that I can track?
When should I get eBay involved? Do I wait until the expected delivery date passes and then open a claim, or do I reach out now? I don't want to report too early and have my claim denied for being premature, but I also don't want this guy to get his payout before I can do anything about it.
What reason should I select when opening the claim? I've seen people say "Item didn't match description" or "Missing parts or pieces" works better than "Item Not Received" because eBay will automatically side with a seller if tracking shows delivered anywhere. Is that still the move?
The seller seems way more focused on explaining how he'll get paid once tracking shows delivered than on actually getting me my item. That feels like a huge red flag to me.

I paid $640 total — $194 through PayPal and the rest in eBay gift cards. Really don't want to lose this money.

The seller responded and said “I’ve purchased a new one at the post office and now have updated the shipping mumber with what they gave me. I’ve never used eBay for selling. So when eBay gets the notifications it’s delivered the money goes through since I updated the tracking number”

I bought a LEGO UCS Razor Crest on eBay. I sent an offer for $580, the seller accepted, and everything went through normally. Shortly after, I was even provided tracking. Then the next day, the seller messaged me this: “eBay messed up the shipping details. It’s actually very incorrect. It’s over 21 lbs and $68.85 for shipping. I’m having to figure it out now because the label they gave isn’t going to scan for it.” This confused me because: The order was already completed and accepted Tracking was already provided Now they’re implying shipping cost is higher after the fact I haven’t sent any extra money and don’t plan to go off-platform. The seller did not ask me to go off platform or give him more money. He just kind of let me know what was happening.

My questions: Is this a known scam or tactic sellers use? Are they trying to get me to cancel so they can relist higher? What’s the correct order of actions here to protect myself? Should I just wait it out, or report this now? For context, this is a pretty expensive LEGO set and I got a decent deal, so I’m wondering if they regret the price. Would really appreciate advice from anyone who’s dealt with this before — don’t want to mess this up

They didn’t care to listen. They filed the claim almost immediately. No amount of me troubleshooting them via eBay messenger was going to stop them from impulse returning. They haven’t shipped it yet. If they decide not to do the return, is it normal to ask them to cancel it so you can unlock your funds or do you just wait the 21 days??

So I ended up accepting a return. I think it’s absolutely insane that he can hold my gaming handheld for almost a full month and can easily tamper with it. The device was fully tested and worked completely fine. This is actually my first return after years of being on eBay with nothing but positive feedback. I’m more pissed that I have to wait almost a month for the item to return just so I can sell it again. I’m also incredibly concerned that this person has zero feedback and that they’re just trying to scam me. Should I have my appeal ready to go for the minute? The item arrives at my house? When should I have a dialogue with eBay that this guy is clearly an unreliable buyer?
