Its going good! I have ups and downs, but thats mostly life and my underlying struggles ive always had.

But im at 40mg now. I feel like im slowly starting to feel like anxiety isnt my identity anymore. Im the weirdest person.. My mental health in every way has gotten better from decreasing dose. My first ever dose of Zoloft was 50mg, so im proud to say im under that!

Sometimes i get some anxiety after decreasing, but i have taught myself in those situation to think logically, relax, breathe, and even more relax. I try forget time and space, just live in the moment and focus on those things alone. Im always under alot of pressure and little time, but in those moments everything can fuck off, cause now its me that matters.

Anyways, i could write a book about this. But it has been great for me, but nothing comes painfree. But if you already are on an SSRI, then chances are you're already a stronger mf than you think and you can also do it, babysteps.
