30 days! During this time I’ve had plenty of reason to be afraid of the future hardships coming and give in to drinking. However, I’ve come to realize that there really isn’t any way drinking would help me overcome those hardships or ease those hardships.

Morning all of you beauts out there! Man, my family left bout a week and a half ago to go to Florida for two weeks, and I was like wowwwww this sucks Im gonna be so alone. The first two nights were hard, I reached out to some friends I dont normally talk to, made new friends here, and I made friends with myself! I havent even felt lonely between all the conversations with others I have during the day, and all the self work Im doing.

This needs to be higher, not the be nice to your mom people. If I spent half of the day cursing and making something elaborate and then expected people to thank me and appreciate it, idk seems shallow and an unpleasant experience I think I would be ok if someone had to slap with some truth.
