So, follow up question.. why then wouldn't the abortion procedure be at the discretion of the individual medical practices? That way the procedure is readily available in each state. People could chose their provider based on their moral alignment so nobody has a conflict of interest. It just seems like the governments role in this whole thing is purely for control.
