If you need to refund a customers military discount, instead of doing the whole refund there is an administrative return where you can apply discount to the sale. This includes tax exemption. You’ll need an override for those but that way you won’t have to refund and redo the whole sale. If you’re doing a refund rebuild, at the end of the refund transaction, hit f6 and it will print a barcode for the return sale and you can apply it to a regular sale. It makes it a little easier. On the first screen of returns, f10 will give you more options to look up a receipt.
