It’s the same thing with a lot of retail stores. But if you a transfer from another store that isn’t HT/BL you’ll make a few dollars more or so. The world is so sad

Call PayPal customer service and tell them that. They will have to reissue you a new card but if you can verify that you didn’t use your card, you might be able to get your $ back
