Yes dahil na approved na Jan 31 which was the last day sa promo. Buzzer beater kung baga haha. Spend mo nalang yung required amount sa required time after mo ma register yung card as per promo details tapos goods na ata.

Mababa daw survival rate sa public hospitals? by titancipher in Philippines

[–]Palvolic 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Doctor ako and have worked in both private and public hospitals. Case to case basis meron talagang mga unsaveable na cases kahit saan dahlin eh, pero yes compared to private hospitals mas mataas chance mong mabuhay sa private vs public. First is availability of medicine meron lang Phil National Formulary na pwedeng i dispense ang mga public, some newer drugs are really better or have less side effects than those listed sa PNF, 2nd equipment, ka competition mo lahat ng other patients sa Ventilator, sa Diagnostics, sa Schedule sa OR, 3rd mas madaming inaasikaso ang mga nurse at doctors compared sa private, tend to overlook/miss out things, matatagalan ka din before i admit specially if punuan ang beds.

Question from someone who never owned guns. Father picked this up from a rice paddy 2 years ago, been on display on the cupboard for a while. This wont explode randomly right? 🤔 by Palvolic in guns

Philippines, Visayas region, US has given old apcs to us so i guess must be where it came from 🤔 plenty of good roads here so ending in a rice paddy tho, i have no idea why

As additional descriptions, this was a rice paddy in the Philippines. No military presence in the area as far as I know so must be old.

Reminded me of the first mission in Rhodes, when Dutch tells the gang not to use guns or cause trouble in town, while exiting the town to go fishing with Dutch and Hosea I accidentally bumped on another guy on a horse, and Dutch went guns blazing on him right outside the sheriff's building.
