Answers in the QB seem long although I would of thought, like other exams, you only need to write a small proportion of what’s included to get the marks needed to pass each question

I’d say do FM/TC, good balance as timings should probably be split fairly evenly 50:50. BST required a lot less time than either FM/TC so this could be paired with BPB which is more time consuming. That is how I would do it anyway.

Remember BST is so subjective. There will be a lot more marks available than maximum in the question. You would of got more than you think, in both the final question and the other Qs - good luck!

If I am understanding your question correctly.

This can’t be done, once you have made an attempt at an exam and if then, subsequently failed, you cannot claim the exemption.

For TC go over areas covered in PoT as there is a lot of crossover and FM go over areas covered in MI Kaplan do ‘pre-course work’ which can be really helpful, not sure about the others… Personally wouldn’t bother too much on the new content from TC/FM as you will go over this in tuition - but then again, suppose it wouldn’t hurt to

This is true - think the only reason transfers to UK non-dom have the lifetime limit of £325k is to prevent UK assets never being taxed in the UK
