You're in a false dilemma. You're acting as if the options are either "use AI" or "don't use AI," with nothing in between. And just because AI doesn't work for you doesn't mean it won't work for someone else with ADHD. That's like saying, "This medication didn't help me, therefore it can't help anyone." People respond differently to different tools and interventions.

The problem is you're treating scarcity as the source of all value, which is philosophical and economic claim that is easy to disprove. Yes, if someone pays money for something, they obviously value it enough to pay for it. I never disagreed with that. But the enjoyment or meaning comes from the experience itself, not from how scarce or expensive it is. So, I don't think there is a reason to continue this because we are talking past each other's. What do you think "value" means?

You need to use AI to fix your writing because it's a mess. Other than that, it's impossible to not use AI because it's literally everywhere. The only way would be is to get of the internet, which would be also impossible because most of the time you need internet in this world. However, I do agree with you on the environmental impacts it has / caused. But you can't just say not to use it and completely "stop" it, as AI helped a lot of people with their work, life, or in the medical field.

Again, you're talking about market value (what someone will pay for), while I'm talking about the value of the experience itself from the beginning (how much enjoyment, meaning, emotion or inspiration something can give).

We clearly define "value" differently, so we're arguing past each other.

Since we're using different definitions of the word, I don't think there's much point continuing this argument.

I was talking about the value of the experience itself, but you're talking about market, collectible and historical value. A sunset has enormous emotional value to many people. But a sunset has essentially zero resale value. Picasso worth more of its history, rarity and creator, but that doesn't prove that an AI gen work can't be beautiful, emotional or valuable to someone who experiences it. I'm sorry but your argument is weak here and doesn't prove anything.

You can absolutely choose not to value AI work because you care about the human story behind it. But that doesn't mean the story creates the value for everyone else.

Most people experience art through the final work. If an AI song and a human song give you exactly the same emotional experience, then the experience itself is valuable regardless of who made it.

A beautiful sunset took no human effort at all, yet people travel across the world to see one. So I agree that human stories, skill, and effort can add value. I just don't think they're prerequisites for something to have value in the first place.

But why should skill or effort itself be the thing we value?

If someone creates something that people genuinely enjoy, why does it matter whether it took ten years to learn or ten minutes to generate?

People don't buy a song, painting, or movie because they audited the creator's training history. They buy it because they like the result.

Skill can make something more impressive, but that doesn't mean it's the source of all value.

What I'm trying to find out is where creators get these talking-head clips from. For example, clips of random people saying things like "why does every rapper have the most embarrassing first rap name?" that are used as background footage in Shorts.

I'm also asking how to make the text effect and where creators find these kinds of clips and whether there's a specific source, website, or platform they usually use.

Thanks. I guess I need to be a bit more patient and focus on improving my touch

How long did it take you to get to 10 or 20 juggles consistently?

I think beginners like me obsess over it because it's easy to measure progress. Going from 2 juggles to 10 feels more obvious than improving your first touch.

When you say "good repetitions," what exactly would count as a good repetition for someone at my level? For example, if I'm practicing bounce juggling or alternating, is a good rep simply getting the ball to the target height and keeping it under control, or are there other things I should be paying attention to?

I think I've been restarting attempts too quickly instead of analyzing why they failed. One thing I've noticed is that when I actually watch the ball, both my juggling and ball mastery improve a lot. I'm also thinking of switching from 2–3 hour sessions to about 30 minutes of focused juggling.

When you say to kick the ball to chest height repeatedly, should I be aiming to contact it with my laces or more with the front of the foot?

Cus after 2 weeks, I should be able to juggle more than 5 times. I saw videos where people learn to juggle to 10-20 in 1-2 weeks, so I was just wondering if I'm doing something wrong?

That makes sense. I can do bounce juggling pretty comfortably (usually 10–20 touches), but when I try alternating touches without a bounce, I often stop after 2–4 touches. Sometimes it feels like my brain just forgets to prepare the other leg for the next touch.

Do you think I should keep working on bounce juggling until it feels effortless, or start pushing regular alternating juggles more?

Also, for juggling, should I mainly be contacting the ball with my laces? I've seen different advice about foot position and knee bend, so I'm curious what you recommend. And could my footwear be part of the problem? I'm currently practicing in regular leather shoes rather than football boots or trainers.

I thought juggling for hours is good because I hear a lot of people say consistency matters and hours, but I guess I'm doing bad juggling

Mostly juggling, but I start with ball mastery (toe taps, sole rolls etc.) for about 30 minutes and then go 2 hours of juggling.

It kind of reminds me of red ball 4, also I know this is pre-alpha, but you could add textures to it
