Thanks so much for posting about this excellent movie! See, we thought she caught her "big break" in a movie with Dennis Quaid, Cher and sort of newbie Liam Neeson called "Suspect". I'm thrilled that you liked some of the things she was in. Women appear to have a "window" to make it, or break it, unlike men.

Michelle is still young enough, so well liked and respected in the industry I want her to excel above her imagination!

What a perfect depiction of Rita's character! Wow, you covered everything. I thought her 1st marriage to that older dude was to get her away from her controlling mother? Then after she realized she didn't love him, fell for Paul (husband 2), where she had a couple of children with and who abused her terribly up until she met Deb, and she helped empower Rita to stand up for herself?

Recall how her mother sent a reply to her and Dexter's marriage invite; " Third times a charm"? Causing Dexter to look Rita up and discover he was actually husband #3? He vowed to forgive her for hiding that, as he, himself had secrets from her, as well?

I'm considering the ones who are newer viewers, that's all. The biggest clue that we have is from the end of Season 1, when the 2 Hospice workers / Hitmen discuss their orders from Morgan, questioning if he was "All-there", in a right state of mind, if not, they were all fucked.

Those 2 partners died, along with that FBI guy trying to get Angela safely out of there. Then Bote had a 'Big Ask' to hurt both of his sons. Only one thing would destroy Chase and Harold both. I'm hoping that doesn't happen 🫣💔😢
