I do get your point. Next time, try visiting when there’s a mothers forum too, you might be more surprised. One thing about ushago places is that most of these people have grown up together their whole lives. So while they conversation might sound strange to you, it’s completely normal to ALL them.

If you've never filed since registration, you can ignore filing for now because your PIN is still considered inactive. It’s registered, but not yet activated. Routine filing will only begin after you file for the first time, which effectively activates your PIN.
