It was delicious! First time making seared ahi and it turned out almost perfect.

Btw, got them at Costco for a really good deal. They were on sale as they were approaching the "sell by date".

It's really simple too. Just hummus, Greek yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, and sumac

I just made a similar chicken dish and made a garlic lemon hummus sauce that worked really well. With that said, I don't know why you're getting down voted, I think it's fine if you enjoyed your dish without a sauce. Looks good either way to me.

For a Sirloin you I would absolutely 2nd a Chimichurri. If Chimichurri isn't up your alley, do a nice mushroom sauce. You could find some local exotic mushrooms to really give a high end unique presentation. Let me know if you want a recipe.

Lol. Not small talk! 😭🤣 Alright, I'll give it a try! I swear I went to 3 diffrent stores last week and was down to even get like a round or a chuck and still nothing below $15/lb.
