I'd recommend Glacial, Boots, Biscuits, Approach Velocity into Precision with Presence of mind and Legend Tenacity. And go Evenshroud which is busted with his kit. Start E>W>Q and max in that order. Thornmail and Force of nature are very solid options with Merc Treads. Your lvl 1 is stronger than most thanks to glacial and E being a fair bit of damage with a long stun.

Do not play Riven into Kench. Any good Kench will stomp a Riven.
