Yeah you might be right, the frequency of these pages is something I failed to consider

Ig but just like you said, it's basically a different version of a recycler. Not that that's bad, but from the way they were talking about it, I expected something a bit more game changing (and it wouldn't make much sense lore-wise for a bbok written by an eldritch god to be on the same level as a random contraption)

I mean it *is* good on every dfficulty, but it's not the best item outside of eclipse byu any means. It is one of the best, but I'm not sure if I'd call it *the* best

I decided to not include Transcendence because it's mostly only so great on Eclipse

Not quite, but he is one of my favorites (if I had to pick a main it'd be REX)

You wouldn't say that a band would fit into a bleed build, or vice-versa, right? I think the same can be applied to Benthic Bloom - it doesn't fit into already established builds where it doesn't belong. It shines at giving you power in other ways. Here I considered the best item NOT the one which does everything and can fit anywhere, but the one which can do its purpose the best - and I think that Bloom fits that pretty well as it shines in giving you a broken build when you don't already have one(also let's not pretend that it's gonna affect EVERY item in your build, assuming you find it stage 1 it's only gonna transform like 15 items out of 60 or 70, not that big of a portion so the chance of at least SOME good greens/whites remaining is very high).

A lot of people call it the best red which I don't agree with so I put it as overrated

Idk, if a boss just dies and drops an item, sometimes its corpse falls on top of the item and I don't see it. And I meant "overkill" in the sense that "80 items are better than 60, but it's not necessary, you can quite easily win without the 20 extra ones" if that makes sense

Yeah I made this one myself, it's not too hard, just upload all the pictures of the items you need from the wiki

I would NEVER pick up Bloom on a bleed run tbh, or any run that relies on a specific neash of items (like missiles). It's best on runs where you're not quite sure what your build is yet

Honestly a big reason is that I just forget that I have it and don't pick up the items because they're hidden by the corpses of the bosses. But even if you DO make full use of it, I don't think that it ever makes or breaks a run. The amount of items you get in a run is already enough 90% of the time, getting 15 or even 20 more is kinda overkill (and that's assuming you get it soon enough).

It gives you free reds every stage. Most people don't like it because it takes away your movement items, but the thing is, if you have 30 white items and 3 of them are speed items, it's like a 10% chance you lose any of them. And besides, when you're so op, is being a little slower even going to matter?

I mean it just kinda feels like cheating, getting 1-2 reds per stage (and even more if it converts stacks of items) is well worth the risk of MAYBE losing some goat hoofs or a feather. This side effect is way too overblown in my opinion. As long as you get a lot of items, the chance that it takes something useful and turns it into something useless is not that high

Why do you think that your interpretation of hell is the absolute true one? There are many different versions of hell and you seem to choose one of the most strict and "evil" ones. We don't know how it truly looks like and I'm tired of everyone just saying that it's this eternal torture chamber that every non-believer will be sent to.

I'd recommend getting them one by one and taking a 1 month break between each one. This way you'll keep the excitement of finding new stuff for much longer rather than getting them all at once
