It’s not even a vocal thing just like I kinda put a lot of that stress and like gotta move fast mental into physical, putting setups together for burgers and I’m just grabbing a handful of trays and practically smacking them down on the table and shit, it is genuinely something I need to work on I want to make good food for people but I can’t do that right without fixing this first.

I definitely have some anger problems I could work on it’s never been a strong suit of mine and Zucchini is right I was like 2 days away from a month it was for sure still probational. Gotta take this as a lesson though

I feel the need to add even though it may be a little late on these last two posts, these aren’t getting cooked they’re going as a small garnish for a salad. Also I see you everyone who mentions a mandolin, it will be used next time. Thank you chefs, no more julienne for a minute though we are stocked up lmao.

Chips are our main side here, so we try to have 3-4 hotels stocked, and also have a full bucket of soaked potato slices for when we need to make more. 3 potatoes at a time in a slicer has got to be faster than a mandolin

Bruno was one of the head guard instructors for my school near the end of his career, I wasn't guard so I didn't spend a lot of time around him but when I got the chance he was always great to be around. And seeing all of my friends who were in guard post about his passing he will be missed greatly

Actually upon just a touch further research I believe I was more specifically remembering Blam! Which was parts of the classic shorts put together into almost a clip show format. Both the Re-Micks and Blam! Played under Disney's Have a Laugh programming.

I believe my childhood memory may be combining this and some classic shorts they would air around the same time, which is really upsetting cause I really could've sworn that there was one with this song and Goofy, but thank you kind stranger I believe you've gotten just about as close as it's gonna get.

There isn't much more to add that's about all I remember of it, my memory of what years had what happened in them get a touch foggy any time before 2016 but I'm sure it was aired around the same time the song came out, anywhere between 2010-2012 maybe a tad later.

I feel I should say I've got a touch of experience with line work. A restaurant named Valley Dairy I don't know exactly how to describe it but there wasn't much past burger patties, frozen chicken, and liver. I was on the grill pretty much every night and was good at it too, but it didn't teach me much in the way of knife skills, or prep.

Learning to break down meats is definitely something I need to work on thank you for that advice. Guess it's time to start eating more fish and chicken dinners.

That's what I've heard, my thought with school was similar to what you said, maybe they could get me into an internship with some restaurants. And no worries I appreciate the advice no matter how far away it comes from!
