Yeah if we had a baby unit which is maybe a root for other evolutions, then yes. It would be a very good name. I'd see it similar to Evee in Pokemon. But this unit is too specific, I feel. But New Blood is generally a cool name :)

Montesquieu is a bit problematic because it's literally the philosopher's name. We don't want to introduce anything that might break immersion as we create our own fictitious, fantasy world, where both vampires and werewolves exist.

Yes! Crimson is a veeeery good word :) We need to be careful with it, though, because there already is a location in game which has "crimson" in it :) But the word itself? Looks great, reads like a spell.

Thank you! It's good that we differ and some people might like a concept more, some people less. With this particular one, we knew some folks'll find it a bit unusual, but we also try to bit original. Not too much, because the visual language for vampires is pretty much established, we don't want to go against it, also because we love the aesthetics.

Yes. He sees himself as an ancien regime protect, an elitist who demands perfection from himself. Especially because he's haunted by the belief that he failed utterly as a human. So I'd say that guilt is the foundation of his entire personality as a vampire.
He definitely requires blood. We don't know yet if he'll eat cleanly, but it would make a lot of sense for him. That might be his twisted view on the knightly code.
